Berkeley Lab Customer Reviews

I wish the arm rests went in at an angle to support my arms”

“Adjustable Lumbar support would be nice”

“I will need to add a mat as it doesn't move easily on my home carpet”

“The armrests are not very adjustable and the chair in general rises to a high that is too low for me, a couple of extra inches of height will makes big difference”

“The armrests are not adjustable inward to work, and also don't adjust low enough. The chair back is flimsy, rattles, and isn't adjustable across a full range (just clicks into a few places). The length of the seat is not adjustable, so it cuts into the back of my knees if my back is against the backrest. Definitely not recommended for anyone of average height/weight for a woman.”

“The back support is not steady. I'd prefer the seating to be more cushiony.”

“I removed the arms of the chair because they was causing shoulder discomfort and I couldn't get close enough to my desk/keyboard.”

“This chair came the next day after I ordered it! Need to make sure to fully loosen the tension knob in order to get the chair seat tilt to work and be adjusted.”

“When turning it over after assembly, the seat fell off--no injuries, but could be a problem for others. “
