Berkeley Lab Customer Reviews

I would like the arms to be able to be adjusted inwards. I'm smaller so it would be nice for it to come in more.”

“It's pretty much perfect. It's cool with the mesh back. It's multi-adjustable in tilt, height, armrests, lumbar support. I love it.”

“I love that the chair can be adjusted in multiple ways, specifically the seat pan and the armrest width. Very comfy chair all the way around.”

“I wish the armrests on the chair can be rotated, adjusted forward/backward, and moved in/out.”

“I am short and use a footrest since the cylinder height is too high”

“I found that the seat back is for more of a reclining posture while I sit more upright. I added a cushion to the seat back to provide the additional lumbar support I needed. The seat is also a bit firm, but I'm hoping it will break in.”

“I wish the lumbar adjustment had a wider range (needs to be a little higher for me)”

“Since I'm tall, a longer seat would make the chair a bit more comfortable to support my legs closer to my knees. I would have ordered the "big and tall" chair on the telework ebuy page, but that looked so wide that it wouldn't fit with my desk at home as well.”

"The arm rests are a real help. The lumber support is not very good. It can be raised and lowered but the only useful location is all the way down and it offers very little support. I remedied this by stuffing a towel in the back behind the seatback and in front of the brace. Also, there were no instructions for use and the controls are what I would call non-standard and not labeled as to their function."
