This item can be used in several different ways: 

1. Use it like an adjustable keyboard and mouse tray.  Both platforms can be height and tilt adjusted.

2. Use it for  short duration standing  with only a laptop. For example: while not needing to type/mouse while reading or while on conference calls.

Can be used to increase comfort while standing on hard surfaces.

Provides arm support/ padding on chair armrests.

Adapters can be helpful for newer Macs/PCs that utilize Thunderbolt 3/USB C ports as well as other applications.

Various chairs are available that will suit different body sizes and sitting styles.

Protects floor and allows ease of chair movement. Options available for carpet and hard floors.

Can be used to lower the keyboard and mouse to a better arm height/position if a desk is too high.  Will work with full sized keyboard and mouse or compact keyboard and two mice. Note: will not work well with Rollermouse.

Various headset and earbud options are available to make online meetings more productive and efficient.   Wireless headsets are reserved for those who are regularly on calls or online meetings for 3+ hours a day. 

Various keyboard and mice are available; including wired and wireless options.

Various monitor styles and sizes are available.

Single and double monitor arms are available.  Note: you should confirm your monitor is VESA mount, will properly mount to the work surface and is weight compatible with your monitor before purchasing.

Can be used to raise a monitor or laptop to eye level.  

Provides wrist support while using a mouse. Can also help reduce contact pressure from hard edges of a desk.

Webcams can be useful for videoconferencing to help ensure the camera is properly positioned.
